Manor Farm CA is recruiting into the following roles as part of our Building Better Opportunities projects.  Our projects are:

  • LOCAL SOLUTIONS - In partnership with Heart of England Community Foundation, our project will support our older people and people with learning and physical disabilities; in fact anyone who feels they have been marginalized and struggled to access employment opportunities

  • Working Well - In partnership with Black Country Together, our project will engage with families in their own communities offering support, positive steps to employment and helping to remove barriers

 
Working Well Employability Coach
Toco-ordinate and deliver ‘Working Well’ employability activities and services.
£17,472 per annum (£10.50 per hour)
32 hours per week Monday – Friday (Flexible working required) Fixed term: Three Year Contract
 
Local Solutions Lead Delivery Officer
To co-ordinate and deliver ‘Local Solutions’ employability activities and services.
£7644 per annum (£10.50 per hour)
14 hours per week (Flexible working required) Fixed term: Three Year Contract
 
Administrator
Responsibility for all administration and clerical support to the ‘Working Well’ and ‘Local Solutions’ projects
TOTAL  £4290 per annum (£7.50 per hour) 11 hours per week
24 hours per month allocated to Community Matters - Local Solutions project
20 hours per month allocated to Black Country Together – Working Well project
Fixed term: Three Year Contract
